disallowed refunds.
If your purchase includes physical goods your refund may be reduced by restocking or administrative
fees, as applicable, by the owner (Merchant) issuing the Wallet-safe payment link.
If you purchased digital goods or services your refund may be prorated or reduced by
any cancellation fees, as applicable, by the the owner (Merchant) issuing the Wallet-safe payment link.
